We're ready to help you hit the ground running. Rain Ensemble Plug & Play Service is the fastest way to go from opening the box to opening a whole new world of creativity.

  • Create a custom recovery solution and disk image for your complete setup.

Remember the old days when you used to have to put your computer in a box and ship it somewhere to get it fixed? Yeah, that sucked. With RainCare Remote, you can invite a RainCare Technician to log in to your computer in the comfort of your own studio. Once the problem is solved, we log out and you get back into the creative zone.

Recover faster with RainCare Restore.

Another problem with the old days: reinstalling your operating system and starting from scratch. Yeah, no more of that either. If you need to get back to where you were, just use the included recovery image to bring your Rain back to the way it was when it first arrived. You can even update the image to include all your creative software and hardware.
