How it works.

Step 1: Get RainCare

There are a few ways to get help. First, RainCare Encompass is free with every Rain computer for the first 30 days so we can help you get set up. Or you can purchase the full version which lasts for 3 years (it also extends your warranty). Or, if you'd rather pay-as-you-go, that's fine too.

Step 2: Check your gear

Remember, we don't cover anyone else's warranty. We can only help if your 3rd party gear is working perfectly. If it is, make sure the people who made it are on the certified list. If not, are you out of luck? No way! If your gear isn't Rain Certified, we'll still try our best to help.

Step 3: Contact Rain

Just let us know how we can help. The best way to do that is through the RainCare Help Desk. Fill out a quick form and we'll get you some answers ASAP. You can also call us during regular support hours. And of course, there's always the RainCare Knowledge Base for common issues.
