Q: How do I register my Rain computer?

Registering your Rain computer is easy and really helps us to serve you better and faster.

There are two ways to register:

Use the online registration form. It only takes a minute!

Or

Fill out and mail the Registration Card included with your Rain computer. You'll find it with the included accessories (power cable, mouse, etc).

Q: What does my complimentary support and service cover?

A:

All Rain computers include the following complimentary support:

You can extend your RainCare Technical Support & Warranty for up to 3 years of coverage from the original date of your computer's purchase. Extended RainCare packages are available in the Rain Custom Shop.

You can also purchase additional Rain Ensemble Plug & Play sessions, either one at a time or in groups of three sessions.

Q: How do I get support for a Rain computer?

A:

Rain users can access the RainCare Help Desk with any questions or issues. A RainCare Technician will get back to you ASAP with some information.
