Q: How do I register my Rain computer?

Registering your Rain computer is easy and really helps us to serve you better and faster.

There are two ways to register:

Use the online registration form. It only takes a minute!

Or

Fill out and mail the Registration Card included with your Rain computer. You'll find it with the included accessories (power cable, mouse, etc).

Q: What does my complimentary RainCare Support cover?

All Rain computers include the following complimentary support:

You can upgrade to the full version of RainCare Encompass Creative Computer Support and Extended Warranty which covers your Rain computer for a full 3 years:
  • 3 Years RainCare Support
  • 3 Years Limited Hardware Warranty
  • 3 Years RainCare Encompass Creative Computer Support

Q: How do I get support for a Rain computer?

If you are already a Rain customer, please contact the RainCare Help Desk with any questions or issues you have. A RainCare Technician will get back to you ASAP with some information.
