Return Authorization Form

Please fill in the RMA form with as much detail as possible. This will enable us to track your return and prepare anything we need for its repair or replacement. Once submitted, you will receive an RMA reference number specific to your return. This should be quoted on all correspondence and must be displayed on the outside of the packaging or the package may be refused.

Standard Damaged component is sent in by customer for repair or replacement and returned to customer afte unit has been evaluated, repaired or replaced. Inbound and outbound shipping costs are handled as per the standard or extended warranty if applicable.
Advanced Replacement component is sent out before return of failed component. Please note that a credit card approval form must be filled out and signed for this service. The price of the component will be charged to the credit card and refunded upon receipt of the damaged unit at Rain Recording. If the damaged component is not received within 30 days of shipment of new item or the returned component has a defect found to be caused through other means, such as abuse or misuse, the credit card charge may not be refunded or partially refunded. Inbound and outbound shipping costs are handled as per the standard or extended warranty if applicable.
Refund Qualifying products can be returned for a full refund less shipping and any applicable restocking fees. Please review our return policy for more information.
