"This is a grateful review of the work that Rain did for me. First of all - this computer is beautifully designed as a music computer. It is the music computer I always needed in my work.

A weird problem appeared. There was an uncanny glitch within my sequencer. The guys at Rain worked for some days to discover that the problem lay with the sequencer's code itself, and not within the computer. This was far from obvious in the beginning.

A genuine bug! They found the exact set of conditions to cause the problem, then personally contacted the software manufacturer directly who in turn contacted me to perform a work session to do a 'workaround' to the problem. (This bug was not news to the sequencer company.)
